The Blue Horizon Project is a new initiative from Chamber of Progress to restore tech optimism in the Democratic Party and reset the relationship between Democrats and the technology sector. Democrats used to be the party of innovation and technological advancement, but in recent years some Democrats took a hostile turn against tech.

In reality, Democratic voters have never been anti-tech, and Americans overwhelmingly like and rely on the services the technology sector builds. The Blue Horizon Project is not about being “for” or “against” technology— it’s about ensuring Democrats see technology as a tool for building prosperity, lowering costs, and keeping America competitive on the world stage.
